Judging & Scoring Transparency Statement

Miss Grand USA utilizes a comprehensive scoring system that may assist the determination of semifinalists, finalists, and the titleholder.

Official Judges’ Panel
An independent panel of judges evaluates contestants throughout the official phases of competition, which may include interview, evening gown, swimsuit, stage presence, communication, and overall performance.

Directors & Organizational Evaluation
Miss Grand USA directors and designated organizational partners may provide an additional evaluation based on each contestant’s readiness to serve as Miss Grand USA. This review may begin prior to pageant week and continue throughout the competition.

Consideration may include professionalism, punctuality, conduct, participation, sponsor engagement, communication skills, social media presence, brand alignment, ambassadorial potential, and overall ability to represent the organization at a national and international level.

All scores are reviewed, tabulated, and combined and may be used in determining final results.  Miss Grand USA will declare the winner in its sole discretion and is not bound by any voting mechanism set forth herein. Miss Grand USA seeks a selected winner who not only performs strongly in competition, but also demonstrates the qualities required to represent Miss Grand USA throughout her reign.

All judging decisions are final and made in accordance with Miss Grand USA’s official rules and procedures.
